February - Black History Month 2008 Fridays in February Eyes On The Prize – America’s Civil Rights Movement Join us for the first 4 episodes in the Eyes On The Prize documentary series. Relive the pain, the protest, the sacrifice, and the triumph of the grass roots struggle for racial equality. Eyes On The Prize has been called the most comprehensive television documentary on the American Civil Rights Movement. Light lunch will be provided. She received a BA degree in Geophysics from the University of California at Berkeley, a master's degree in Geophysics and Space Physics from UCLA, and a PhD degree in Space Physics from the University of Michigan. She does research on comets, on other solid icy bodies in the solar system, and on the atmospheres of the Earth and other planets.
